After an initial implementation of our Partnership Lifecycle, including taking into consideration feedback from partners, we have updated the framework to ensure transparency on our end and to support alignment of expectations between Better Way Foundation and partners. Updates include:

• More intentionality around relationship building with organizations and their community before grantmaking
• Deeper work on shared learning and evaluation
• Shared responsibility in navigating grant amendments and communicating changes to programmatic needs
