We are excited to introduce the newest addition to the Better Way Foundation team! Fadumo Malow joins us as our Program Officer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to community impact.

Fadumo will play a pivotal role in supporting foundation initiatives by conducting thorough research in fields aligned with our Board’s interests, identifying potential strategies for impactful change, and refining processes and procedures for monitoring progress and learnings. She will also be instrumental in identifying potential grantees, soliciting proposals, conducting due diligence, evaluating program effectiveness, and managing projects related to these tasks.

Throughout her career, Fadumo has demonstrated a passion for advancing social change and improving the lives of children and families. As the former Director of Strategic Engagement and Initiatives at Casey Family Programs, she managed a diverse portfolio of regional and national initiatives aimed at promoting child and family well-being through collaborative efforts across sectors. Her work spanned areas such as poverty alleviation, homelessness, education, and public health, where she collaborated with organizations like City Year, United Way, and Mayo Clinic to develop innovative solutions.
